What is your return policy?

We strive to curate a great selection of quality goods at great prices, and in doing so, controlling costs is necessary. All sales are final. No exchanges, no returns. Home & More does not offer store credit.

What delivery or pick up methods do you offer for items purchased online?
Customers can purchase items online and pick them up at our San Diego store or select the shipping option to receive them delivered directly to your doorstep. Shipping is free on some orders. We use the best carriers in the business to make sure your orders get to you on time.

At the Secure Checkout page, you‘ll see the ordered item’s description, its price, and delivery time. Where available, you can also choose a faster delivery method for each item on your order for an additional fee. Delivery times vary depending on your selected delivery address, availability of your items, and the time of the day you place your order.

When will my order be ready for pick up or shipped?
Orders placed for in-store pick up will be ready within 1 hour. Items ordered before 2 p.m. Monday through Friday will ship the following business day. Items ordered on Saturday and Sunday will ship on Monday.
